Zahab has successfully contested claims involving unlawful detention and removal/deportation proceedings as well as challenged Home Office policies on human rights grounds, Tier 1 Entrepreneurs and other generic refusals on the point-based system. He has also extensively challenged the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care in respect of Covid-19 related cases, in particular on the issue of managed quarantine.
